The Frosted Pretzel is not responsible for your items once accepted. Please follow the below guidelines in keeping your treats fresh and delicious.

Although chocolate has a shelf life of a minimum of 3 months, we recommend eating them within 2-3 weeks of arrival. 

 * Chocolate should be stored at ROOM TEMPERATURE and eaten within 2-3 weeks of arrival.

* Keep out of direct sunlight and heat. 

* If you are storing your treats in the refrigerator or freezer, please make sure it does not have any strong odors such as onions etc  as the smell will transfer on to the chocolate.

 *Also make sure to remove chocolate covered treats or cookies and keep sealed for at least 30 minutes prior to eating as condensation can/will occur on chocolate covered treats.

Note: You can store your chocolate covered treats in the refrigerator or freezer however please note  if storing chocolate treats in refrigerator or freezer  it can change the appearance of the chocolate and Frosted Pretzel will not be responsible for any discoloration of products.
